
Already answered. Our leadership needs to lead and set a vision and be at 30,000 feet and not be at one inch micromanaging us and inundating us with data requests and metrics.
At the moment nothing ... the environment is very difficult right now and everyone is feeling it. Morale is terrible and people are leaving the company every day because they no longer can stand to work in this environment and under the conditions that current leadership has imposed.
Current leadership in ONW has no strategy, no vision, no plan. Just ask for more data and reviews, often repeating the same info already presented. Our leadership is too busy micromanaging us than doing what CEO should in setting vision for org. We are losing good people daily due to this.
There is no clear vision, which is the first task that leadership should be doing. Instead they are just focused on metrics and numbers and making multiple data requests for the same data over and over. People are leaving in droves because they don't want to work here anymore and they don't see it
