
very challenging, not always due to work, more on loosing people and having a lack of visibility/information sometimes. I do spend too much of my time to search for who will give me information....instead of making analysis and improvement

Since few years, there was very small salary increase. Today Market is better than GE or almost equal.
I have no team. Pretty alone with my manager, but I do connect with coworker to create team work, communication and i try to avoid double work
right now, very difficult to say....right now, not much. Used to be the challenge, my contribution, my manager and cowrkers. It is time for me to find a way to have all this again, which is not the case today in my role
More Team work, less individual efforts. role are more and more everywhere and we work remotly. No issue with that, I love it. BUT due to this we may need more focus on team work and having some workshop, or topic in team
Considering our Knowledge! Even if I have raised my hand + mentionned than I do have the knowledge to improve some topic, They have took some person to make analysisi and THEY don't have any knowledge/backgrond of. finally I do the work alone to improve my work&visibility. No team work
I do not like my work today, BUT I used to like it. I like making the difference, giving added value at work. Some times I do still have this....but not always like before. I still work with happinest and I try to make this change....I hope it can work
I have co-worker but I do not have any team. I ask to my manager to change that, it is hard to work alone. I prefere to be more in team work. My co-workers are great and we do create together team work even if we are not in same team.
Make sure all message are going in same direction (not having 2 way by PL or HQ) Make sure right people are in correct position to bring improvement, efficiency and fun at work One someone bring a big lack of visibility : make sure we listen and make a plan to resolve it.
