Low base salary and Variable compensation not clear with achievable targets. Would be important to have clear and achievable targets ... target related to things that I can control.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No trust on what GE and Renewable management is doing. Leadership must be transparent, less long emails about lean and more calls where questions can be raised and answered.
