Too many politics.. too many metrics. We are worried about the ants and the elephants are stomping us to death. I wish my work would speak for itself, but as we know, perception is reality.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We dilute our effectiveness in Regions in order to be a Global Company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have had our pensions cut and no pension cuts in Europe. We have a Renewables EHS Leadership team with well over 20 people, 2 of which are Americans. The majority of revenue is generated here in the US. This is far from equitable. We should have the same opportunities here in the US.
