Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation has been frozen for a few years and now the competition has passed us. We are losing very experienced people due to poor compensation

What are some of the best things about your team?

Dedicated and want to do a quality job however they are very frustrated with poor reporting tools like Tableau and long winded processes to record KPI's

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

First we need to see growth in the business and new projects. We need to celebrate success instead on disching out kicking's for poor performance. There are very few opportunities for staff to develop. Increased basic pay and introduction of overtime pay.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Look after the staff they have. Wages (and morale) are at an all time low, not having been increased for a few years and we are losing experienced people to the competition. Recruit 'fresh-blood' i.e. apprentices and graduates. We have not had new junior staff for over 5 years
