What do you like best about the leadership team?
New Leaders seem more interested in their human capital
What is the best part about your compensation package?
For instance I value the stock package. However I consider my base salary above the expectations
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
What is valued is not clear. So the commitment towards it doesn't show. How we translate the issues into actions is somehow hidden for the base employee.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My work rutine includes to go to work, detect deviations, report them and wait. That waiting normally translate into nothing so we keep detecting the deviation somewhere else.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of the coworkers i interact with are drive obly by economic reasons. They do what they do for money. Which leads to situations like "they dont pay me to go over that extra mille"
