Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

GE has tendency to rehire ex employees after 3/4 years, giving on an average 40 to 50 % hike from last paid compensation. This is injustice to those who have stayed with GE in thick and thin ( 2 out of last 4 years there was no salary hike, GE shall decide no rehire policy for ex employees)
