I value the fact that we have broadly spread talents on our team. I can ask team members for help or advise.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that we do solve some of the most difficult tasks and get the turbine back online, which helps the customers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The fact that I had - at least for most of my time with GE - a pension plan, which most of my peers who joined later, don't have. I like the fact that we now have Permissible Time off rather than a fixed allotment of PTO days.
