
The Leadership team is good at setting goals. They are also good at sticking to a vision (sometimes to a fault).
The bonus is nice but not outstanding. Parental leave is pretty good for the USA. My team is flexible for time off.
My direct coworkers are pretty technically skilled but in some cases not willing/able to learn new skills that could improve our team. They also lack what I consider basic human communication skills and do not always seems genuine.
