I love GE in several ways, I work here for almost 6 years but sometimes I feel really bad about hiring and salary politics. Teams are getting smaller, working is increasing and salary rarely raises. This really demotivate me and my coworkers.

Failures and errors are allowed but you need to learn with it and improve next time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been delivering results beyond my goals in the last three years and no financial compensation came to me. The positions I see similar to mine among other companies are 2x bigger than mine in average. So, salary raises are urgently necessary to retain talents.
