What makes you most happy at work?

The group of peers and direct managers.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Peer group, hard working ethics

What are some of the best things about your team?

They are the glue that holds the team together. The company decisions and CEO-level personnel are almost always a negative experience. These team members are what holds GE together right now.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Provide competitive pay, offer retention bonuses, offer remote work permanently, empower managers to make those decisions. Leaving this business will create a 10-20% pay increase, compensation should reflect. Even if that data is incorrect, most people are willing to take the risk.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listening to the Employees. Feedback has indicated multiple times that employees wish to work from home with their families but Culp/Pecresse/Cox continually push that employees must return to work. It is evident that they do not care about the employees' desires, and they aren't fooling anyone.
