Clearer vision and better execution. Grid Solutions has not had an executable plan since its inception. It relys on a go to market strategy that is neither Alstom or legacy GE.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
SIC has been manipulated year after year in a clear effort to take money away from sales. It actively disincentivizes folks with caps on PL's or with a fragmentation so diluted that it no longer is effective.
