I am proud to work at GE as a renowned company that brings clean energy and beneficial opportunities to the world. But lately due to lack of resources, lack of recognition and negative results I'm feeling unmotivated. I believe we have potential, but we need to change a critical things like culture
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The possibility to express yourself without fear of retaliation.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having autonomy and being able to develop my team to work with process improvement.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Swap some resources in positions that are not performing and get rid of the posture of "pointing fingers" and act more like a real Team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Diversity both in terms of gender and ages. New people without addictions and paradigms that make you think outside the box and flow better beyond the identified improvements.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My current role covers many responsibilities in addition to other peers internally and compared to the market and being located in SP my role is better valued in terms of salary...approximately 30% more.
