I appreciate GE as a company, however the division I work in GE feels very distant from what GE stands from. in so many different aspects. I have met in several occasions GE colleagues from other divisions and I have felt sometimes that we work in different companies.

eager to improve. I mean the persons reporting to me.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
technical understanding of executing projects. understand the products and projects not only the commercial aspect

transparency and follow the spirit and the letter. not only to talk about but apply it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
compensate based on workload not only based on position. and also I am not being compensated based on my position
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Correction of work methodologies, improving the work methods and procedures where the same work method has been used for years and years.
