HR's processes are not transparent and communication between HR and employees is terrible. This generates constant frustration w employees that feel not listened and underpaid.
Looking at the potential of the team and help them grow on a sustainable manner. Avoid discrepancies between regions where for example we only see high ranked employees in the US VS EU. Getting more empowerment to take decisions in front of HR that have huge gaps in terms of transparency.
