What is the best part about your compensation package?

It is simple. Long service awards create a positive feeling.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Customers determine our success. Most of our team understands that, and we work more for the customer than for GE.

What are some of the best things about your team?

What we do is very complicated. We continually have to learn new things. Nobody in our team is perfect at our job..So we have to share knowledge and brainstorm to get good customer outcomes.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The messages from the highest level are excellent. The middle levels seem to just over-communicate on things that don't help us do our job. When you have real concerns, help is not available. It seems like a one way street.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Our work load is chaotic. I have numerous interruptions from GE people I hardly know wanting help with their issues when there is no financial benefit for our local business, and it delays me in meeting deadlines for our paying customers. I hate it. I think it is unethical.
