Its very good place to work, when I think of bigger picture of manufacturing a wind turbine which help to light up many houses it feels very proud. There is lot to b improved at workplace and work location wise employee benefits, career growth roadmap , diversity and inclusion.

They have to look at employee development and upgradation and recognition for the work done.

our plant has more trees and very keen about saving environment. Safety is the first priority.

Work is not identified and appreciated. There is no career growth path defined , no idea what's gonna next exciting thing
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no recognition for efforts and no empowerment to improve skills and knowledge and grow in organization. same set of people are getting recognition and opportunity to attend training programs
