In our team we are very friendly to each other and anybody can take right decision.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have 9 years of experience through AREVA then ALSTOM and now GE but still I did not get any promotion, in where I have been awarded lots of time by CEO and UMD and get appreciation from Customer as well my Manager also. My basic salary is not up to mark as I feel .
