Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not see the drive to tap more market share in power business. There seems kind of lethargy in decision making. There are more don'ts than do's.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Company seems to be shrinking. Lot of changes for one's liking. We see location after location being closed, senior knowledgeable persons being let go, it puts anxiety in mind about own future.
