There is very good collaboration in team. Team has a focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Provide equal opportunities to everyone irrespective of location. Management is providing salary increments and promotion to only those employees who are resigning or joining after quitting the job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My manager has told me that he has a target to make compensation ratio of all employees equal. I was also told that although my manager accepts that my performance is good but he can't do anything as increments were decided by HR.
