i will give my 100% in my work. Satisfying customers during critical issues / supporting them with their requirements on time makes me happy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
requested many times to my exboss and current boss to match my CTC with the current market rate. Work wise am doing the same work as other team members but when coming to the compensation part it is not at all fair. Completed 10 years in this company but am not paid what i deserve.
