I not currently challenged in my work, my manager give me basics tasks and does not pay interest in my will to work on more engaging topics. The top management of the business makes us work against absolutely unrealistic targets which is demoralizing and push us towards bad work habits

We stick together and we can talk openly when we think a management decision does not make sense
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Fixing realistic target to really lift up spirits. We are working against totally absurd goal which is totally meaningless and thus highly demotivating. The same nonsense scenario is repeating over and over again, on project after the other.
