I love the company, and 100% proud to be part of our journey, but the workload today is really taking a toll on my personal life. I just hope at some point of time i will look back at this period with pride.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Workload is too high, impossible to follow up on all ends. This leads to things being pushed behind on priority, but at the end of the day i will be challanged on every topic for the results.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Even after agreeing on a PROMOTION I accepted to delay the salary increase due to covid to support the company. After the freeze on increases (which was equivalent of merit inc of 2 years - so practically got nothing) got presented with a take or pay. I feel really valued. Thank you.
