Humility and Trust. Humility because you cannot solve everything by yourself and Trust because you need to trust the otehr to allow them to do the work that would help you as a team to succeed
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
less interactions/less endless meeting (lot of topics treated parallelly that could be treated at a lower level) , more time for 'ground ' managemetn (ie creating connections with the team , multi year career plan (be able to give long term view/strategy to employee in order to empower them)
