Been here for over 30 years and seen many changes, always felt proud about what i do & how i contribute but recently the workforce has been reduced to such a low amount, i worry that we can no longer provide what the customer wants.
What makes you most happy at work?
being valued and given a clear concise responsibilities.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate leadership team are open, honest & approachable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not believe GE are in line with competitors, this is demonstrated by the amount of people leave to go and work for competitors
What are some of the best things about your team?
Sharing of knowledge has always been good but the company is destroying this by micro managing personal performance which means no one can spare the time to share their knowledge because they may fail on targets or end up working ridiculously long hours with no reward.
