What makes you most happy at work?
My manager respect my thoughts and give me liberty to take decisions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensasation should be reviewed and discussed with individual responsibility. Generally varibales are cut due to organization performance and salaries hikes are not as per market fluctuation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have vision to grow in this challenging environment and doing what most they can do. However, down the lines all startegy are not on the same platform.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our company pay attention towards diFerent. And each employee feel safe as GE has great rules to make environment friendly organization and great working culture. Focusing more and more on learning enviornment and providing the platform for the same.
