We are doing worse every year (in terms of business), and except for useless multiple internal organization changes (leading to the same people being at the same position under different job name), nothing changes.
Probably everything: stop negative competition between sites, replace wrong behaviors from personal agenda to good behaviors from personal aspirations, be harder on people that break the rules, be nicer on people that work hard (following the rules is always harder)
