Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The level of technical expertise needed for my job and complexity of the tasks are very high coupled with multiple responsibilities. So, revision of pay and career progression are necessary. Deferring hikes year over year is also extremely demotivating.
