I find it makes a lot of sense that an insurance company that focuses on preneed, life, and annuity to provide their employees with such insurance 100 paid for. I love that part of the compensation package, though I really love not having to worry about making my day-to-day lunch.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel that the pay isn't comparable to what we are expected to do. New hires don't make enough hourly to be able to afford to afford housing, food, and utilities, but make just a little too much to qualify for State Aid.

Even though the call center is an entry level job, the amount of knowledge we are expected to have, the number of systems we are forced to use, and the number of elevated calls we are expected to take makes it seem like we should be paid more.

Improve morale, look into a cost of living adjustment so we're not just working to survive, improved demeanor of some of the management, and more inclusion for employees to be involved in EEAC and other events.
