What I like most about the leadership team is their transparency, intent on our company's mission, and their availability to all employees; regardless of the their level.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I received a large amount of stock options and I'm being paid very well compared to my previous employers. I'm also receiving annual pay raises for my performance.

I am most pleased with my stock options and the 6 month performance review cycle.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I'm always able to get assistance with issues when I reach out to the team. I can count on my team to provide solutions and quick help whenever I run into an urgent situation. Everyone is easy to get along with and we all work well together.

We have a positive culture where everyone freely shares personal events within the company Slack. Almost everyone is friendly within the company.
