I've never seen such an open, honest, and inclusive bunch of leaders. I truly believe this is how a company should be run.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The parental leave and general approach to working as a new parent is absolutely fantastic. I honestly don't know if I would be able to raise a child without Greenhouse as my employer.

the rate at the company is growing people end up stretching the definition of their roles, providing more value than they were meant to initially.
