I was offered 60k in 2021 when someone in 2019 was promoted to what I am doing and they were offered 65k. Also, a former colleague of mine was promoted alongside me and another company offered him 68k and he chose to go to the other company and not stay with GXO and make 60k like how I am right now

It depends on people, but we do have team member that do not engage and saying good morning is a big ask. I understand we are all different people, but we should all take time to engage more, get to know each other more and respect each other given how much time we spend together.

Be less clicky and open to other peoples opinion. Stop trying to control and rule with an iron fist. Become more people focused and see all colleagues so individuals who can make a contribution and not just a workforce to be abused and in fear of making a mistake.
