Personally, I wish I never worked for this establishment, Managers are unqualified, hours are awful, either to many people scheduled or not enough. cant talk to the store manager without fear of getting yelled at at my store.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No benefits given to me as my store only hires for part time, yeah the pay is nice , but hours are awful.
