They work you to death, and never recognize those that pick up everyone else's slack

What are some of the best things about your team?

We try our best to functionally work

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Nothing, it is drama packed continually.

What makes you most happy at work?

When someone tells me good morning instead of the current drama that has escalated.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Nothing, logistics and sales are never cooperative with one another. The whole team is full of drama.

What did you like most about the interview process?

They asked me questions that gave me a chance to really let them know what I am about and who I am as a person.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I do my job, and several others. I am a team player and realize sometimes we all need help in departments that others do not work in. When it is an everyday occurrence, it gets old. Cashiers at Walmart and Bucees make more than lower management does, but we work out rears off every single day.
