What makes you most happy at work?

When we have enough employees to do our job.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Well I can't really answer that question. I'm only been their for three weeks and we're short handed

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The most positive thing about the company. Is wearing face masks that does not protect you from coronavirus. We should wearing the proper masks that protect you

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My pay is ok, but remember it's the employees that makes the company run. We all should get some kind of profit sharing just not the manager.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Well first thing is to improve your job application online. Your company should have paper job applications cuz there are people that don't own a computer and they feel discriminated against

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

It starts with the district manager he is very rude and talks down to the employees the store manager isn't much better. The assistant manager at least he positive and tries to help the new employee.
