our store is very short staffed so every day I dread coming in cause I know that the next 4-8 hours are going to be crazy cause I'm the only employee there running the registers, answering the phone, stocking the shelves and assisting customers. It can get overwhelming very quickly.

quick easy and to the point
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Our leadership team does pretty good with communication but they are horrible at completing the schedule in a timely manner
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is a quite a bit wrong with out store and besides the lack of employees I'm not sure there is much to be done besides replacing our management.
