Sometimes its great. Others they make rules that dont make since or priortize things that make other jobs take longer than they should and yell at you for not getting in all done when it could have been done if approached differntly. Planograms arent always to size either. Lately its gives anxiety.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be more supportive of each other and their team, they need to be willing to try new ideas rather than sticking to something that clearly doesnt work. They claim coorperate or their boss said it had to be that way but then they fuss because things didnt work again.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like a few coworkers their and like the customers who tell jokes or tell you about the tools but dont take to much of your time. I like getting my tasks done and i like helping people find things. I like organizing bays as well even though there is little time for it.
