Hands on approach to customer service, positive attitudes, ability to recognize and celebrate each others success
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that the leadership team leads by example. The exact opposite of what your parents always said, rather than "Do as I say" the leadership paves the way with a "Do as I do" hands on approach. They also take the time to recognize a job well done, it's important to stop and smell the roses.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping customers find the right tool for the job at an economical price. It takes money to make money, but that doesn't mean you have to break the bank to get ROI. I find a great sense of self worth in the work that I do and I love being able to facilitate that same sense of self worth in others.
