I no longer work there because it was so negative I had to quit his schedule changed and they never notified me but it's taking I work two jobs
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being a good role model. You talk the talk then walk the walk especially when it comes to safety. I watched Tido climb a ladder on the wrong side that already being used, tgats not ocea springs.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interviewer was very friendly and great smile is pleasant somebody that he wouldn't be scared to talk to you he was easy-going it wasn't frightening or anything he said that's how it feels going to interview with you just kind of freeze up but it was relaxing good environment
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication and equal responsibility I always felt that if one person was behind and others were done they can help with the things needing to be done not race out of work. Maybe not necessarily But people will just leave as soon as they're done doing their closing work if they're closing
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I asked about rehire and I was told that the company does rehire people but not people that you didn't give us any notice I was never given any notice about my schedule changing 20 times within that schedule time for two weeks so that's good so why can't he retired I was a good worker an excellent
