What is the best part about your compensation package?
the more than fair pay but the ability to continue to receive raises every so often
What do you like best about the leadership team?
my direct managers rock but the HR office/corporate dont know the employees on the associate level therefore will force good ppl/store managers to fire employees without knowing the employee themselves and judge lil things like an employee and that employee being late due to disability
