What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture is all about the associates. There is no "management through fear" as in many retail companies. The company holds true to its values.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was more of a conversation. Getting to know the company and them getting to know me. It was easier to determine a good fit or not.
