I didn't understand this question entirely. I would have to do more research.
What makes you most happy at work?
The feeling that I am needed at this time, at this place. The feeling of belonging to something, just being part of this professional family.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
More evaluations for our management teams. Ego, judgmental mindset, the whole I'm better then you aspect these people can adopt over time. After all we are a equal opportunity company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is a great team, we have our ups and downs, again some of the younger mindsets, can be troublesome at times, with judgemental ways. The walls have ears, you just have to turn down the volume at times.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Again, it's not always sunshine and rainbows, people come with problems, and at times they bring these problems to work. Ego, is something people trip on within a manager role. So, the positive point is basic, it is a job willing to provide employment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
To make a good boss one must leave their ego at the door, a working manager always gets more respect. A frim grasp on office politics will help too. You are going to meet all walks of life within your time with this company.
