I love some of the people I work with! However some of them like to joke about me not having a job much longer including the sales manager and store manager as well as the new sales supervisor! I don't appreciate them joking about my job. I also dont like the way they treat other associates!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the pay should be better for all we have to do!
What did you like most about the interview process?
Mine was different than most of the other associates! I only had 1 interview and was hired almost immediately after!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The coworkers i love are so fun and positive and help me out when i need it. They also help me whenever i need it but again its only when certain associates are there!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Doing their job! The sales manager likes to sit in the office watching youtube on her phone while eating snacks as well as taking a million breaks all day long! She also never answers her radio when we need something!
What are some of the best things about your team?
The teamwork is good sometimes but it really depends on who is there. Some people dont want to work or shut their radios off or turn them down so they dont have to answer us or help us when we ask.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything! Like everything 1-2 people can make or break a team and there are some people in managemnet positions who really shouldnt be there. They just act like they dont want go be there and think they can sit in the office and do nothing!
