Ive been there for almost 2 years, ive been spilt at,had racial slurs thrown at me, and sexual harrassed by the customers on a semi constant basis, all over a free flash light coupon that was expired

For the most part they do try to be flexible with anything we have to ask them about or for help with

Leaving at the end of the night when the store manages to actually not look like a tornado hit it when we leave
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone at my store is a team player and friendly, i know that even tho the managers are doing 1000 and 1 things i can count on them to back me up or help with a customer service call
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing to help or assist with a task if asked or finish up if someone becomes preoccupied, we learn how to do things from managers and then share amongst ourselves the better processes and easier ways to get the some task done
