What is the best part about your compensation package?
Hasn't kicked in yet but having benefits is a plus for sure. I did my research and these benefits seem more than fair.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their support and encouragement as well as, how they train you is great. My sales manager, Shaun Parr, is the man, he knows the store inside and out and when I work with him I feel like I learned a week worth stuff in one day. My dude needs his own store.
