I love working there however i do belinge its unfair associates get no bounus even though they are the ones bringing in the stats for the store.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Associates should be givin something when there store does good because supervisors and above do even though the assocites bring in the stats.
