Loved my job till they hired a new girl who doesnt clean, zone or help out besides standing at the register, me and my co workers bust our behinds to keep the store clean and do whatever our customers need after she started we got moved to 2nd and night shift while shes on first shes always late

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paid more and a bonus i dont think its fair i get the metrics but not that bonus that the managers get
