Managers play favorites. They do not follow the employee handbook. Store manager takes excessively long lunch breaks and is often late and leaves early. Store manager disciplines employees for things that are out of their control. Often does the things he disciplines employees for with now recourse.

Communication with employees. Equal treatment regardless of gender or age.

There is a definite division between employees and management. Very little compassion or understanding.

It seemed more like a conversation with 2 other people just chatting. It was comfortable and relaxed.
