What are some of the best things about your team?
Low on people currently. But typically when we find good employees they enjoy being there as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
Finishing up everything that's needed to be done for a day. If I leave knowing I got everything finished and the warehouse and store look good, then it was a good day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The management at my location is great. They actually care about the people they work with (as long as you actually try) and will do their best to make sure you have everything you need to succeed and "climb the corporate ladder". They're good people.
