If you are a hard-working person, there would be more expectation for you to work at a certain pace while others will work at their own and receive recognition for slight improvements not for consistency.
What makes you most happy at work?
At one point, you made me happy to learn about different projects customers were doing and to work together with my team, and then I realized the dynamic allows for leadership to be competitive in a very unhealthy way, causing poor communication and lack of responsibility
